Deputy General Manager, Sales


Reporting to the Group Sales Director, you will oversee the full spectrum of sales activities for Shanghai office covering the HuaDong District. You will play a key role to drive current business relationships to a higher level of performance, develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand the existing customer base, build & establish new business accounts to achieve sales targets and business growth. To succeed, you will need to identify and prospect actively, network extensively to build a long term relationship with our customers and business partners.


Prerequisites
Degree/Master in Computer Science, Business Administration or its equivalent
Over 5 years?relevant experience with at least 3 years in sales managerial capacity
Practical sales experience in MNC, IT system integrator environment is preferred, familiarity with IBM  range of products & services is an added advantage
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to interact effectively with people at all levels and different cultural background
Mature, self-motivated, able to work independently as well as team lead and be a team player
Able to read and speak English is an added advantage
Frequent travelling within China is required
