Senior Solution Sales Manager


Reporting to the General Manager, CoreBanking Solutions Business Unit, you will play a key role to drive the sale of our proprietary-owned banking solutions and services to achieve the business unit sales and growth targets. Working on a long sales cycle, you are expected to possess strong consultative solution selling skills, identify and connect to the right prospects, actively develop new business accounts.


Prerequisites
Degree/Master in Business Administration, Computer Science, Banking & Finance or its equivalent
Min 3 years of relevant IT or solutions sales experience, particularly in the area of consultative sales management to banking industry;
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken with strong sales proposal writing & presentation experience
Self-motivated, able to work independently and be a team player
Able to read and speak English is an added advantage
Frequent travelling within China is required
