Hardware management platform of cloudsino DCM data center

DCM (Data Center Management) monitors, manages and operates the IT infrastructure of the data center, provides the whole life cycle management for hardware equipment, and realizes the whole process service from equipment procurement, installation, operation and maintenance, and scrapping. And the monitoring data are analyzed and managed to provide support for daily operation. DCM does not need to install agent software on each server to reduce the impact on the operating system. DCM supports real-time monitoring of hardware operation status of minicomputers, tool boxes & blade servers, rack servers and tower servers of various brands and models, such as servers of IBM, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Huawei, Inspur, dawning, Cisco, etc.

DCM supports real-time monitoring of hardware operation status of various brands and models of storage devices and backup devices, such as IBM, HP, Dell, HDS, EMC, Kunteng, NetApp, Oracle, Fujitsu, Huawei, Inspur, Hongshan, etc.

It can also monitor the optical fiber switches of Huawei and Cisco brands, including those of Cisco and Cisco.

Maintenance management

DCM can intelligently manage the maintenance information of the equipment and realize the automatic reminder of the over maintenance information. When the equipment is about to be out of warranty, the administrator can be informed in advance by SMS, email and wechat to remind customers to renew the insurance in time. Avoid over protection of equipment, resulting in failure can not be repaired in time.

"U-level" assets automatic management, passive active RFID positioning technology, to achieve real-time positioning of assets to the u-Position, automatic update of assets on and off the shelf information. The real-time monitoring of u-bit space and assets of the cabinet can timely alarm asset changes and early-warning of rack power load.

Energy consumption management and space management

DCM collects real-time energy consumption and temperature data of equipment, providing reliable basis for daily decision-making and long-term prediction: according to the actual energy consumption demand, the cabinet space is planned to maximize the rack density; power failure and other problems are reduced; the "equipment level" heat monitoring is used to build real-time heat map to find local hot spots, improve heat distribution and reduce refrigeration consumption.

Report management

DCM collects equipment data from multiple dimensions: asset operation status, failure rate, space, energy consumption, maintenance, etc., and carries out statistical analysis on the data to generate rich timing reports and custom reports to help customers comprehensively grasp the overall situation of hardware equipment and special evaluation, and effectively assist management and investment decision-making.
