Job description

1. Able to work independently to accomplish given sales target within a specific timeframe

2. Develop business opportunities, increase client base, and source for prospects.

3. Develop market strategies based on client’s requirements, possesses good negotiation skills and able to fulfil the required work in all stages of the sales cycle.

4. Participate in product development work by providing suggestions that reflect clients and market needs.

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or higher in management or computer science related field.

2. Three or more years of IT sales experience, preferable in a sales consulting manager role.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, familiar with MS Office and PowerPoint, able to write sales proposals according to clients’ requirements.

4. Experience in IT industry or in managing major account would be preferred application for finance industry is preferred

Unix/Java Software Development Engineer

Job description

1. Participate in project planning and implementation

2. Participate in system architecture design, analyse and deign the system modules and interface

3. Writing of source code

4. Developing the coding standards and ensuring the quality of the codes

5. Optimizing system performance and resolving technical issues.

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or higher in computer science or mathematics, have a passion for application development.

2. Two or more years of application development experience, preferably with experience in the finance industry

3. Well versed in Unix, Linux, AIX and Windows OS, proficient in C, C++ or Java programming language, ORACLE/DB2 storage and  vi compiler etc.

4. Good documentation skills

5. Possesses knowledge of finance industry and the use of database design tools such as Rational/ER-win.

Project Manager

Job description

1. Responsible for managing the entire project, manage the team members, timeline and cost.

2. Research on finance industry and understand the clients’ needs.

3. Analyse and diagnose project requirements, and produce a feasibility report independently

4. Develop new business opportunity based on client’s requirements

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or higher in Finance or Computer Science

2. Possesses 5 years or more experience in application development, preferably in finance industry. With project manager Experience

3. Possesses Unix or IBM i Series Application development and database design capability.

4. Possesses knowledge of the finance industry

5. Experience in team management and possesses good communicative skills.

6. Willing to travel for work.
